HR Operations & Payroll Specialist (6-Month Contract) #Hhl

💰 Up to $5,500/month 📄 6-month contract 🕒 Monday to Friday, office hours 💼 Orchard Responsibilities • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Coordinate work pass applications and renewals • Manage insurance enrolment and employee record creation • Process employee updates, certification letters and incentive-plan letters • Compile HR data for annual reports, salary surveys, MOM surveys and headcount reporting • Maintain payroll data across systems and support monthly payroll processing • Provide headcount data for sales commission calculations • Support HR system implementation and workflow enhancements • Assist with attendance and leave-system integration with payroll • Conduct UAT, document test results and coordinate issue resolution • Prepare SOPs, user guides and process documentation 📝 Requirements • Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline • Prior experience in HR operations and payroll support • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience with HR system implementation or UAT is advantageous • Meticulous, organised and able to work independently • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Able to commit for six months 📩 Interested applicants may email their resume to alexgoh@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram me at @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences)
