Conduct end-to-end investigations by gathering and analysing customer profiles, transactional data, and other relevant information. Determine whether alerts warrant escalation or closed with appropriate rationale. Prepare and document clear and concise investigation findings and decisions in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing monitoring and risk assessments. Recommend changes or enhancements to monitoring rules based on emerging threats or findings. Ensure timely completion of all assigned alerts, investigations, and tasks to meet regulatory and internal deadlines. To assist with reporting to the various committees on a monthly basis.
