Job Responsibilities: Processing of applications for turn-on of electricity supply to customer’s electrical installation. Liaise with principals in removal of meters, de-energizing the incoming supply and removal of service cables. Coordinate with external parties and government authorities, for performing inspection, testing, turn-on and investigation work. Attend to customer enquires/complaints and conduct site investigation. Assist in collating and preparing data for planning purposes and monthly reports. Any other duties as and when assigned by his superiors.
