Job Title: Temp Staff (Membership Services Division) Location: Raffles place Contract Period: August to December 2026 Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: Based on qualifications MIN Diploma $11 per hour MIn Degree Holdern $15 per hour Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to members and follow up on enquiries or payment matters. Record and maintain accurate call records, member feedback, and campaign outcomes. Prepare reports and support post-campaign administrative processes. Coordinate with unions and internal stakeholders on campaign follow-up actions. Support membership roadshows, outreach activities, and event logistics. Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
