About this role
Job Scope • To conduct home visits to provide assessment and nursing care to clients • Providing care for both acute and chronic wounds. • Initiating appropriate wound management for the patients namely negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), conventional dressing and application of 2 and 4 layers compression bandage. • Educate patient and family members on wound healing process and issues. • Providing care for patients • Educate and counsel patient and family members on care and choosing the appropriate sappliances. • Demonstrate stoma care to the primary caregiver.
