1 Year Shipping Logistics Executive | Up To $3500 #Nka

Location: Bartley Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30 Salary: Up to $3500 Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and shipment processing. Prepare and verify shipping documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, CCP, CO, CITES permits, inspection/collection forms). Arrange freight bookings, shipping instructions, and coordinate cargo collection with freight forwarders. Provide shipment updates to customers and maintain accurate shipping records and tracking spreadsheets. Release shipping documents to the Packing team, dispatch ad-hoc items, verify documentation, and support other administrative duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Import/Export or a related field Proven experience in handling Air and Sea Freight documentation. Familiarity with CITES documentation and processes.
