Location: Bukit Panjang / Novena / Lentor Working Hours: Wed - Sun, 9am - 6pm (weekend work is required, PH off) Salary: Up to $4500 + quarterly bonuses (VB 1-2 months) Job Responsibilities: Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community Share vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in CRM system Relationship manager for community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
