Job Description: Serve as the main point of contact for parents and the school regarding school bus transportation matters. Attend to enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with the operations team on bus schedules, route changes, delays, and transportation arrangements. Provide updates to parents and school staff on transportation-related matters, including service disruptions. Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints, escalating issues where necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, communications, and service requests. Assist with general administrative duties and support the daily operations of the customer service team. Requirements: Min O/A Level/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in any field Min 1 year customer service experience.
