📍 Location: Novena 📅 Duration: 8 months (Maternity Coverage) up to 5k Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer innovation grant programmes. Support grant application, evaluation, approval and award processes. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting papers and grant documentation. Organise meetings and provide secretariat support to management committees and review panels. Monitor project progress, budgets, claims, KPIs and timelines. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including MOH, institutions and funding partners. Coordinate national-level workshops, seminars and knowledge-sharing events. Support the administration of the National Healthcare Innovation & Productivity (National HIP) Awards. Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with SOPs and PDPA requirements. Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the team.
