Bank Associate/Officer (Corporate Transaction Officer) #Jtl

Support corporate clients with day to day Trade Operations settlement instructions over the phone. Attend to clients' enquiries and provide timely, accurate support on trade related transactions. Record all client interactions in accordance with SOPs and compliance requirements. Prepare daily and monthly operational reports. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of trade transactions. Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with UOB policies and operational guidelines. Provide administrative and operational support to the Trade Operations team as required. Job Requirements Minimum A/ITE/Diploma with some office work experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
