About this role

Job Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end project management of the annual compensation review cycle across the APAC region Translate compensation policies and business requirements into system configurations for compensation platforms Partner with HR Technology teams to support system design, configuration, testing, and implementation Define data structures, validation rules, and process workflows to ensure data integrity within the compensation system Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and issue resolution activities Manage relationships with system vendors and coordinate system enhancements, reporting, and issue resolution Develop dashboards, management reports, and analytics to support business decision-making Support HR system integration initiatives and future-state HRIS implementation projects Collaborate with Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and regional HR teams to drive successful project outcomes Lead change management activities, including implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across multiple countries Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements Perform other project-related duties assigned by management Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline Strong experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Technology projects Hands-on experience with compensation platforms such as HRSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent Proven experience leading large-scale compensation system implementations or HR technology projects in a regional or APAC environment Strong understanding of compensation processes, governance, and annual salary review cycles Experience managing system configuration, UAT, reporting, and data validation Able to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail Interested candidates are invited to e…
