Duties: Manage the end-to-end administration of training programmes, including formal education, conferences, courses and corporate learning initiatives. Process training requests, obtain the necessary approvals, and liaise with departments and employees to coordinate training enrolments. Monitor training budgets, process payments and maintain accurate training records. Coordinate training logistics and provide administrative support for learning and development activities. Maintain and update training databases, records and documentation. Compile training statistics, evaluation reports and learning metrics for reporting purposes. Process training grant applications and support grant claims and recoveries. Assist in the planning and implementation of learning and development initiatives as required.
