Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using modern software development practices. Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable and maintainable systems. Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to deliver project milestones on time. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing within the team. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability. Support continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices. Take ownership of assigned modules or features, depending on experience level and project needs. Requirements Strong proficiency in web development using modern technology stacks, such as: Ruby on Rails Node.js Golang React JavaScript / TypeScript Good understanding of software engineering principles, including system design, testing, and version control. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with technical assessments or coding tests as part of the selection process.
