Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and managers on HR matters including performance management, employee relations, organisational development, and workforce planning. Provide HR guidance and support aligned with business objectives and people strategies. Lead and support regional HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements. Collaborate with internal HR teams on talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, rewards, and recruitment initiatives. Support organisational change, transformation, and business growth initiatives. Analyse workforce trends and provide recommendations to improve employee experience and business performance. Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are implemented effectively and in compliance with local requirements. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. Support HR systems enhancements, process reviews, and operational improvements. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where required.
