Job description Provide safe, holistic and evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients across the care continuum. Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and supportive treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines. Monitor patients for treatment responses, side effects and adverse reactions, and initiate timely interventions when required. Perform patient assessment, nursing care planning, implementation and evaluation of care outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, symptom management, medication use and post-treatment care.
