About this role
We are hiring Sales Performance Analyst to be outsourced to our clients. Responsibilities Calculate sales incentives for Wealth & Retail Banking teams and support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Performance & Sales Incentive team. Analyse sales trends, perform scenario simulations and cost-income analysis, resolve incentive-related queries, identify operational risks, document procedures, support data validation and feature engineering, assist with user acceptance testing, and ensure accurate implementation of sales incentive schemes. Min 1–2 years of experience in Sales Incentive or Sales Performance within a financial institution is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
