About this role
We are hiring a Customer Relations Officer to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the mall information counter and attend to customer enquiries. Assist with shopping mall promotions, redemption programmes, and gift voucher transactions. Handle customer feedback via walk-ins and phone calls, and raise work orders for tenants' technical requests. Perform daily sales reconciliation and settlement of gift vouchers. Minimum A Levels or Diploma with at least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience.
