Location: Asia Square Salary: Up to $9000 Job Responsibilities: Partner with managers on HR matters including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and HR policies. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, payroll, leave administration, and budgeting. Coordinate payroll, employee benefits, insurance administration, and annual tax filing with outsourced vendors. Manage vendor relationships, annual contract renewals, outsourcing reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain employee records, HR systems (Workday), training administration, and regulatory reporting. Organise employee engagement activities and support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with 5 years of HR Generalist experience in all aspects of HR functions, particularly in HR operations, Payroll and Compensation and Benefits Possess high market awareness of the latest development of employment practice and learning & development requirements in the private banking industry Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
