Manage the full set of accounts, including month-end closing, general ledger maintenance, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and process improvements. Prepare annual budgets, monitor budget versus actual performance, and provide variance analysis and explanations to management. Oversee audit and tax matters, including statutory financial statements, external audits, GST filings, corporate tax coordination, and group tax compliance. Handle corporate secretarial and regulatory requirements, including ACRA filings, statutory records, board resolutions, and AGM documentation. Support business operations through new company setup, accounting system implementation, budgeting, GST registration, and other ad hoc finance responsibilities assigned by management.
