Represent the brand professionally through excellent customer service. Maintain showroom cleanliness, vehicle presentation, and display standards. Engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide product information. Capture customer leads accurately into the CRM system. Support showroom marketing through social media content creation and promotional activities. Perform basic administration, customer service, and cashiering duties when required. Manage showroom supplies and promotional materials. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team. Support marketing events, roadshows, training, and other assigned duties.
