Responsibilities: Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit Execute business development process, managing stakeholders and business proposals. Devise strategic planning and manage projects deliverables.
