Responsibilities Assisted patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Monitored and recorded vital signs, reporting any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team. Assisted nurses with basic patient care and clinical procedures. Maintained cleanliness and comfort of patient rooms and care areas. Supported safe patient transfers and mobility using appropriate techniques and equipment. Assisted with feeding, hydration, and toileting while promoting patient dignity and independence. Documented patient observations and completed assigned care tasks accurately. Adhered to infection control, workplace safety, and patient care protocols while working as part of the healthcare team.
