Job Responsibilities * Assist Surgeons: Provide assistance to surgeons during fertility treatment procedures, both inside and outside the operating theatre. * Support Medical Practitioners: Assist in tasks such as ultrasound scanning, artificial insemination, and other relevant medical procedures. * Total Patient Care: Responsible for the full spectrum of nursing duties assigned to ensure comprehensive care of patients. * Operating Theatre Support: Provide circulating assistance to the scrub team efficiently, ensuring patient safety and smooth operations. * Independent Scrub Work: Perform scrub duties independently with minimal supervision, maintaining a sterile environment. * Inventory Management: Organize surgical inventory listings and maintain the orderliness of the surgical trolley to enable efficient location of instruments during procedures. * Financial Counselling: Conduct financial counselling for patients, providing clear and concise information regarding costs and treatment plans.
