We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to play a key role in driving people strategies, strengthening employee engagement, and partnering with leadership teams to support business growth and organizational success. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Implement and administer HR policies, practices, and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters and people-related challenges. Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication, employee engagement, and strong working relationships across all levels. Support talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning activities to meet business needs. Conduct employee relations investigations, manage workplace concerns, and recommend appropriate resolutions. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and HR best practices. Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement effective people solutions. Contribute to strategic HR planning and support organizational development initiatives. Participate in HR projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or employee relations function. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
