About this role
We are hiring an Executive, GI Operations to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities Process issuance of new business, renewals and endorsements for commercial insurance policies. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of policy documentation while maintaining service standards. Manage policy documentation and perform related administrative duties. Attend to enquiries from customers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders via email and phone. Support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve operational efficiency. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Prior experience in insurance operations, policy administration or general administrative roles is an added advantage.
