Project Engineer ($4000 To $6000) #Njn

Benoi (Islandwide transport – pick up time is at 7.10am for those stayed in Punggol or north-east area) 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination Support and drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery phases. Plan, monitor, and track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion Customer & Stakeholder Management Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment Technical & Engineering Support Interpret technical specifications, review engineering documents (e.g., P&ID, process calculations), and ensure compliance with customer requirements Procurement & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with suppliers on material delivery, monitor vendor performance, and expedite procurement activities Project Control & Risk Management Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource allocation Identify risks, issues, and deviations, and propose mitigation plans Quality, Documentation & Compliance Ensure proper documentation control, submission, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle Contract Administration & Payment Support Assist in cost monitoring, invoicing, and milestone payments follow-up Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project execution (preferably ETO or industrial equipment projects) Experience in oil & gas, chemical, marine, or rotating equipment industry is an advantage Strong understanding of project lifecycle (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery) Good knowledge of engineering documentation (e.g., P&ID, technical specs) Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
