Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations, ensuring excellent client service and relationship management. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client transactions and middle office activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Monitor operational risks, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders. Manage and track client operational queries, providing timely updates and ensuring service expectations are met. Support clients on middle office operations, service models, and market-specific processes. Assist in new client onboarding, fund implementations, and transition activities. Collaborate with global Operations and IT teams to drive issue resolution and continuous process improvements. Manage shared team mailbox and provide day-to-day operational support.
