Bed Management Unit Location: Queenstown Duration: Sep 2026 - Jan 2027 Salary: $11/hr - $12/hr Working days and hours: Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays (24hours/7days) - 3 shifts - AM Shift: 8am to 5pm - PM Shift: 11am to 8pm - Night Shift: 8pm to 8am 5 to 6 days a week Job Description: - Coordinate bed management operations by overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and bed allocation to optimise hospital capacity and patient flow. - Manage ambulance transfers, liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, monitor utilisation, and prepare operational reports. - Support emergency response activation, including Code Blue coordination and testing. - Handle administrative enquiries, maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with PDPA, contribute to process improvements, and support departmental projects and operational excellence.
