Key Responsibilities Plan and execute risk-based IT audits covering IT governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications and technology processes. Develop and maintain audit programmes based on risk assessments and evolving business needs. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IT policies, procedures and internal controls. Identify control deficiencies, prepare audit reports and provide practical recommendations for process improvements. Communicate audit findings effectively and work closely with auditees to ensure timely remediation. Monitor and validate the implementation of corrective actions arising from internal and external IT audits. Maintain audit documentation, workpapers and audit records in accordance with audit standards. Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements and emerging technology risks. Support departmental initiatives and perform additional assignments as required.
