Schedule and manage appointment bookings. Provide financial counselling and cashiering services where required. Guide patients with self-registration kiosks and digital services. Respond professionally to patients' enquiries and provide frontline support. Handle phone enquiries and perform general administrative duties. Support the team with other operational and administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline. Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
