We are hiring Technician / Technical Officer (Defects) to be outsourced to our clients Responsibilities Conduct enhanced quality control inspections and defect assessments at Tengah. Manage and supervise rectification works for out-of-warranty dwelling units, including technical assessments and implementation of corrective actions. Oversee servicing and maintenance activities for Fan Coil Units (FCUs). Provide prompt support and response to residents experiencing cooling system issues. Supervise the dismantling of FCUs for Sales of Balance dwelling units. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of rectification and maintenance works. Handle residents' feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining service standards.
