Location: East Working Hours : Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: Up to $4400 Responsibilities Participate in a structured 2-year engineering development program. Assist with lift and escalator installation, testing, servicing, and project activities. Attend technical training and complete assigned development milestones. Support engineers with field operations and project execution. Prepare for progression into technical roles such as Installation, Testing, Project, Service, or Site Engineer. Requirements Willing to wear PPE and handle tools and equipment. Outspoken, proactive, and confident in sharing ideas. Willing to undergo structured training and field assignments.
