We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Temps/Contract roles. Job Description: Process banking transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in the bank's systems. Support the preparation and verification of banking documentation and operational reports. Identify customers' financial needs and refer suitable banking products and services, such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, or investment products, to the relevant teams. Handle cash and cheque transactions in accordance with established operational procedures (where applicable). Assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth branch or back-office operations. Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer requests and operational matters in a timely manner. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Participate in process improvement initiatives and complete mandatory compliance and product training.
