About this role
Location: Asia Square Salary: Up to $7000 Job Responsibilities: Provide HR support to managers on recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management and HR policies. Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and HR operations. Manage monthly payroll, leave administration, income tax filing and employee insurance matters with outsourced vendors. Review and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements, including MAS outsourcing guidelines. Support training administration, employee engagement initiatives and regulatory reporting. Maintain employee records in Workday and ensure accurate HR documentation. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
