Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees Maintain accurate employee records and update personal details in HR systems Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries Perform updates for employees’ residential addresses and manage work pass renewals. Monitor and maintain a healthy work pass quotas Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes, promoting fair and consistent practices Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and share insights with management Support performance management cycles, including annual appraisals and increment Assist in identifying talent development needs and support career planning initiatives. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes, systems, and policies.
