Job Description Prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with physicians’ instructions, ensuring correct drug, dosage, and formulation Review prescriptions for legality, clinical appropriateness, and accuracy of dosage Screen for patient allergies and potential drug interactions to ensure safe medication use Provide patient counselling on medication usage, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and proper storage Address patients’ queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to clarify prescriptions and resolve any discrepancies Supervise and guide pharmacy support staff to ensure smooth daily operations Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock control, proper storage, security, and record-keeping Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a pharmacy setting Able to commit to at least 30 hours per week Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to commence work on short notice or immediately All qualified applicants, please send in your resume to: medicalhealth@recruitexpress.com.sg Tricia Celestine Goh (R1981653) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | CompanyReg.
