Customer Service Executive (Medical Services, Orchard) #Hvy

Roles & Responsibilities: -Counter payment duties & attend to walk-in, call-in covering -Billing enquiries & payments, Receipt of client submissions -Inventory management of agreement forms, brochures, name cards, marketing collaterals (lead giveaways, brochures, goodie bag items & Company plastic bags, lead forms, sales materials for in-store promotions) -Coordinate with marketing team for all in-store promotions -Maintain an updated doctors list, clinics, contact & addresses -Update monthly staff roster for ante natal classes, in-store duty, hotline duty -Support off-site marketing events & seminars Qualifications • Degree/Diploma in Science related field • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and cord blood banking will be an advantage • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interested candidates please send in your resume to: valerie@recruitexpress.com.sg EA Personnel: Valerie Yong Kian Fung CEI No.: R1103704 Recruit Express Pte Ltd, EA License No.: 99C4599
