In this role, you’re expected to: • Perform KYC reviews and ensure documentation comply with local regulation and KYC reviews (Scheduled & Unscheduled Reviews for Clienttypes across varied risk classes) including monitoring and tracking of KYCrecords, assisting with the development and execution of action plan forexpiring records, and ensuring records are not past due • Any suspicious product usage from AML perspective gets highlighted to seniormanagement for further reviews promptly • Assist in KYC efforts in accordance to the CBSU AML KYC Ops procedures • Determining if the accounts are in scope • Client Identification, Verification and Screening • Information such as customer’s address, employment (including employer),connectivity to PEP/SPF (Sanctions Screening), will be validated and confirmed. These will be validated based on existing information available or throughapproved third party sites. Based on the results, enhanced due diligence checkswill be performed which include negative news and social media checks • Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process iscarried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews • Send the requests to Outreach/RM for accounts where information is requiredto complete the review • Ensure to maintain quality standards (90% and above) for the KYC reviewsundertaken • Ensure any tech issue/procedural clarifications gets highlighted to managersfor further review and guidance • Ensure to get Quality Control (QC) review done on files prior to submissionand respond/correct any discrepancies identified during QC reviews • Submit record for Business Approval once review is complete andrespond/correct any discrepancies identified during BA reviews • Has experience in calling customers as there is a probability that you mightreach out to customers Interested candidates, please email your resume to annasee@recruitexpress.com.sg Anna See Sing Yee CEI Reg R25157535 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
