Location: Marina One Duration: 6 months contract Salary: Up to $8900 + half-month bonus Job Responsibilities: Lead the monthly expense closing and reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete expense reporting to management and key stakeholders. Prepare expense variance analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to understand drivers and ensure alignment to plan. Prepare data and analysis for management presentations. Expense forecasting, budgeting and expense allocation, including data gathering and validation. Drive process improvements for expense tracking, analysis and reporting efficiency. Partner closely with Financial Reporting, Actuarial and other finance teams to ensure consistency and alignment in expense reporting and planning. Assist in leading and reviewing work done by the Senior Analyst. Maintain strong documentation of the reporting process, including report templates, data sources and methodologies. Participates in ad-hoc activities as and when assigned, such as conducting research and data analysis. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 6-10 years of experience in management reporting, financial reporting, or another related field. Experience within the insurance industry, expense variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting is an advantage. Experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle EPM, Power BI, Alteryx or similar planning/reporting tools) is an advantage. Motivated to work independently and improve processes and deliverables. Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
