Location: Defu Lane Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Salary: Up to $3300 Job Responsibilities: Handles recruitment matters such as job posting, conducting interview, preparation of employment contract and onboarding Maintain and update of employees personal files Manages foreign workers matters such as work pass matters: applications, renewals, cancellation, etc. and accommodation matters Monitor and process contract renewals and/or conversion Handle staff training schedule and liaise with trainers regarding availability to conduct classes. Coordinate and communicate with other departments to meet staff training needs Handle submission for government training grant and staff absentee payroll claims Responsible for the staff welfare activities coordination and request for event quotation Support the implementation of HR initiatives and activities Any other ad-hoc work as assigned by the management Job Requirements: Diploma in any disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience in HR Good knowledge on Singapore employment law and HR practices Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
