We are hiring a Digital Ambassador to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities: Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner. Proactively engage customers and promote digital banking products and services. Acquire new-to-bank customers and contribute to daily sales targets. Guide customers through the digital account opening and application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions. Share product knowledge and provide information on promotions, features, and benefits. Assist customers with basic banking enquiries and direct them to the appropriate channels when required. Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements during customer onboarding. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned work area.
