We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support business objectives through strategic HR practices, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and people development. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to deliver effective HR support aligned with organizational goals. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization. Support recruitment initiatives to attract and onboard suitable talent. Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting an engaging work environment. Advise and coach managers on HR policies, employee matters, performance management, and people development. Conduct workplace investigations, manage employee feedback, and recommend appropriate solutions where required. Work closely with HR teams across the organization to develop and implement people strategies that enhance business performance. Contribute to workforce planning, HR initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records. Support other HR projects and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Comfortable working office hours on a 5-day work week.
