Source quality candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, competencies, and career aspirations. Prepare candidate profiles and provide market insights to clients throughout the hiring process. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries. Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective recruitment outcomes.
