Job Responsibilities Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, conversions and offboarding processes. Coordinate employee screenings, offer documentation and employee declarations in accordance with company policies. Administer pass applications, renewals and related employment documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely filing of documents within HR systems. Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries while providing administrative support across HR operations.
