Temp Assistant Manager (Grants, 8-Month Maternity Coverage)

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to: Location: Central / Novena Pay: $4000 - $ 5000 Duration: 8 Months Working Hours: 5 Days office hours Responsibilities: • Manage Healthcare Innovation Grants – Administer grant schemes (e.g. NTF HIP, CP Scheme, NASH), ensuring smooth execution throughout the grant lifecycle. • Coordinate Grant Applications – Support grant calls, communicate eligibility criteria, manage applicant enquiries, and coordinate submissions. • Facilitate Grant Evaluation & Award Process – Organize application reviews, panel meetings, shortlisting, approvals, and funding agreements. • Monitor Funded Projects – Track project progress, budgets, KPIs, reports, and identify projects requiring additional support or intervention. • Process Grant Claims – Verify claim accuracy, compliance with funding agreements, and support timely grant disbursements. • Maintain Documentation & Compliance – Ensure grant records, SOPs, approvals, and reports are properly maintained in compliance with organisational policies and PDPA requirements. Requirements • Minimum bachelor degree in Biomedical Science or relevant field. • Prior grants administration experience in healthcare is preferred, but not a must. • Prior experience or knowledge in hospital operations is preferred.
