6 Months Finance Operations Executive (Up To $5200) #Hjot

Job Responsibilities: Process and issue tenant invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments. Record vendor invoices and process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely. Prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and finance reports. Assist in GST filing, income tax matters, budgeting, and financial reporting activities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist with finance-related projects and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline. Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or General Ledger functions is preferred. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
