Process and manage sales and purchase orders in SAP system. Generate Delivery Orders, Stock Transfer Orders (STO), invoices, credit/debit notes, and related documents. Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders. Coordinate export shipments with warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Track shipments and manage delivery schedules to meet customer requirements. Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists. Handle returns and maintain accurate order and shipment records. Provide order and shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Prepare operational reports for management review. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
