Location: Kent Ridge Duration: 1 year contract Salary: $2580 - $3000 Working hours and days: - Mon - Fri - Office hours Job Description: - Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes. - Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support. - Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding. - Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages. - Ensure the services are delivered in line with company policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement. - Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services. - Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards. Job Requirements: - Min.
