Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability. Manage candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and maintaining market intelligence. Provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, recruitment trends, and competitor hiring activities. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and role requirements. Support recruitment initiatives, drive process improvements, and undertake other HR-related projects as assigned.
