Key responsibilities Assist in posting job advertisement. Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, regulations in job advertisement. Shortlist candidates based on job requirements Arrange interview with candidates and hiring depts. Administer job assessment to candidates if required. Facilitate interview sessions with hiring depts Maintain accurate staffing records, documentation and databases in compliance with hospital policies and regulations Assist in career outreach programme and career fairs.
